Terms & Conditions
Members are eligible to apply for these loans if the following requirements are met:

Minimum verifiable income of $ 80,000 per year
Minimum AGI of $ 80,000 per year, for the last 2 years
Member must be either Green Card holder or US Citizen
Maximum loan repayment term will be 5 years
Repayment through ACH only
All applicants must sign IRS form 4506-T for verification of their tax returns
Other standard loan requirements apply..
